Copyright & Image Rights

Author & Quality

Unless otherwise credited for an individual image, the photographer and copyright holder of the nude, lingerie and portrait photography published by MOMENTS is Marcus Thiemann. He studied photographic design and has worked independently as a photographer in Berlin for many years.

His work has appeared in publications including Glamour, Heise, Stern, Spiegel, Erosa, Feigenblatt, Macondo, Der Tagesspiegel and berlin.de. Lingerie and beauty productions have also been created for clients including Fruit of the Loom, Calinda and H&M.

Confidentiality & Your Image Rights

We treat private photographs confidentially. Images in which clients are identifiable are published only on the basis of the appropriate consent or agreement.

You therefore decide whether private photographs of you may be published. Booking a MOMENTS shoot does not automatically grant permission to publish your images.

Copyright

Photographs by Marcus Thiemann are protected by copyright. Usage rights are granted only to the extent agreed, for example in a booking confirmation, contract, buyout agreement or invoice.

Receiving digital image files does not transfer copyright. Sharing, editing, publishing or commercial use is governed by the agreed usage rights.

Private Use

For private nude, lingerie and portrait shoots, supplied files may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, including private devices, personal galleries and personal profiles, unless otherwise agreed.

Application & Model Photography

Usage rights for application and model photography depend on the service booked. Personal applications and self-presentation may be included in the agreed rights; any additional commercial use requires an appropriate agreement.

Commercial Photography

For advertising, beauty, fashion and other commercial productions, usage rights are agreed individually according to purpose, media, duration and territory.

Credit & Image Metadata

Where a photographer credit has been agreed or is required, it must be retained. Existing copyright and IPTC information must not be removed or altered without appropriate authorization.
