Terms and conditions
1. Organiser and eligibility
MOMENTS organises this competition for private individuals. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and permanently resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. MOMENTS employees, their relatives and members of the same household are excluded.
2. Free entry
Entry is free and is not conditional on purchasing goods or booking any service.
3. Prize
The main prize is a professional MOMENTS photo shoot worth €299. The main prize does not include a make-up artist. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and is intended for private photographs only; commercial image use is not included.
4. Draw and redemption
A draw takes place at least once a month once at least 12 valid entries have been received. If more than 25 entries are received, the draw may be brought forward. The main prize must be arranged within one month of notification. Prize appointments may be unavailable from 15 November to 23 December and from 1 February to 14 February; in this case the redemption period is extended by four weeks.
5. Additional prizes
If additional vouchers or prizes are awarded, the conditions stated in the respective prize notification apply.
6. Fair participation
MOMENTS may exclude entries where the competition is manipulated, false information is supplied or an unfair attempt is made to influence the draw. A person may enter more than once but may win only once.
7. Early termination
MOMENTS may amend, interrupt or end the competition after a draw for technical or legal reasons if proper operation can no longer be ensured.
8. Data protection
Personal data submitted for entry is processed for administering the competition and contacting winners. Further information is available in our privacy policy. Questions or withdrawal requests can be sent to mail@moments.berlin.
9. Legal recourse
Legal recourse regarding the conduct of the draw and the prize decision is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
